2025-10-24

Goals

  • Fully set up Zedia’s WhatsApp Business profile.

  • Supervise and write scripts for two Zedia videos.

  • Attend and coordinate filming sessions.

  • Participate in internal and external meetings for collaboration and project follow-up.

Process

  • Completed the full setup of Zedia’s WhatsApp Business profile, including:

    • Profile company details, client list, address, website, and working hours.

    • Categorized clients and added automated greeting and away messages to enhance communication efficiency.

  • Wrote and supervised the scripts for two internal Zedia videos featuring:

    • Mr. Mohamed (Zedia’s Owner)

    • Mr. Weaam (Zedia’s COO)

  • Coordinated and attended both filming sessions to ensure smooth execution and content alignment with Zedia’s creative direction.

  • Joined the Friday meeting, followed by a site visit from 4 PM to 7 AM to finalize all required operational and creative tasks.

  • Attended a meeting with Ahmed El Sisi to discuss potential collaboration in media production.

  • Participated in an online meeting with a Saudi client to explore collaboration opportunities and future partnership possibilities.

Problems

  • No problems encountered.

Conclusion

The day was highly productive with multiple tasks completed across communication setup, media production, and client relations. Zedia’s WhatsApp Business is now fully optimized, video production for leadership content was successfully executed, and new partnership opportunities were initiated both locally and regionally.
