Goals

• Adjust the dimensions of the business card and ID card for Zedia.

• Assist Sameh in setting up the company’s WhatsApp Business account.

Process

• Modified the business card and ID card sizes to ensure proper alignment with printing and display standards.

• Collaborated with Sameh on configuring WhatsApp Business, gathering and organizing data about the company’s services to present them effectively.

Problems

• Faced an electricity outage in the middle of the day, which caused an interruption in the workflow.

• This issue affected productivity, highlighting the need for a backup solution to maintain work continuity during power cuts.

Conclusion

• Successfully completed the required design adjustments for Zedia and contributed to the setup of WhatsApp Business.

• Despite the temporary interruption, the main daily objectives were achieved, and progress remained consistent.
